Skills : Communication, Negotiations, Organisational Skills & Ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Harmony among the employees.

• Tracking attendance record, maintaining leave records, etc.

• Payroll Management.

• Preparing letters like offer letter, joining letter, experience letter, etc.

• Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals as per the requirement.

• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews with technical interviewers.

• Preparing job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.

• Celebrations of Festivals, company events, picnics, encouragement activity for employees.

• Handle social media presence
